Some people or groups of people are not satisfied unless they blame others. These people are really miserable on the inside. If they are not bullying others to get their way they are not happy. Liberals specialize in doing this. The only exception is they use blame to change laws and make everyone as miserable as they are.
Individuals use the blame game as a bullying tactic to score points within families and in governments, and in some community action organizations. The best thing to stop a bully is to stand up to them or him.
